The World of Lights and Sounds

My professional story began in the bustling lanes of event management. Picture this: a young, eager individual, fueled by a passion for creating memorable experiences. Working with artists, models, and various talents, I was immersed in a world where every day was different, every project a new adventure. Here, in the chaos of lights, sounds, and deadlines, I learned my first lesson — adaptability.

A Shift in Gears

Life, in its mysterious ways, led me to a new path — insurance adjusting. Swapping event venues for the confines of a call center initially felt like stepping onto a new planet. But soon, I realized that the core skills — communication, organization, and problem-solving — were the same. It was just the stage that had changed. I became a licensed adjuster, worked the injury desk, and navigated the complex waters of UM/UIM claims. Each step was a building block, adding to my repertoire of skills and knowledge.

The Leader Emerges

Perhaps the most significant twist in my tale was stepping into a leadership role. Managing a team of seven, I learned the delicate art of balancing individual strengths with collective goals. This phase taught me empathy, patience, and the importance of listening — skills that are often underrated but immensely powerful.

Full Circle with Project Management

Recently, I’ve come full circle, returning to project management, but this time within the insurance industry. This role merges my two worlds — the creativity of event management and the structured approach of insurance adjusting. It’s a blend that’s both challenging and exhilarating.

Launching My Dream

This brings me to the present and the birth of this website and my online platforms. This is more than just a space for sharing knowledge. It’s a community for learning, growing, and connecting. Through this site, my virtual shows, and my podcast “Adjusting to Success,” I aim to empower, enlighten, and engage with each of you.
